My passion for technology began in my childhood, and I’ve been fascinated with computers since the days of Windows 95. From building my first PC to becoming the go-to tech person for friends and family, I've seen firsthand how technology has evolved. I also saw how it became more confusing and frustrating for many people, who were often let down by jargon-filled and impersonal support.

I founded ByteBuddy to be the complete opposite of that experience. My goal is to be your friendly, local tech expert who offers patient support and clear, simple advice. I'm here to translate the complexities, solve your problems, and find solutions that are genuinely right for you—not just the most expensive ones.
